Contact Information - Email Addresses

Your email address is used solely for authentication purposes. We do not use your email for marketing, tracking, or any purpose other than allowing you to securely access the App.

Property Assessment Data and User Content

When you use AssessorIQ:

• Local Storage: Your property assessments, photos, and documents are stored locally on your device. We do not store your assessment data on our servers permanently.
• AI Processing: Uploaded blue cards and assessment documents are sent to our AI models for extraction and analysis, but they are not permanently stored server-side after processing.
• Photos and Images: Property photos you upload are processed for organization but are not retained on our servers after processing is complete.

Location Data

If you enable location services:

• Parcel Mapping: Location data may be used to display parcel maps and GIS information
• Field Work: GPS coordinates can be attached to property assessments for accuracy
• Storage: Location data is stored locally on your device with your assessments

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect the following types of data:

• Name, Phone Number, Physical Address (beyond property data)
• Health & Fitness Data
• Financial Information
• Contacts
• Browsing History or Search History
• Advertising Identifiers or Device IDs
• Purchase History
• Diagnostics, Crash Data, or Performance Data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Authentication: Email addresses are used to provide secure authentication
• AI Extraction: Blue cards and assessment documents are processed in real-time to extract property data
• Assessment Organization: Extracted data is used to organize property records
• Service Improvement: We may analyze usage patterns in aggregate and anonymized form to improve the App

4. Third-Party Services

AssessorIQ uses the following third-party services:

AI Model Providers

• Purpose: AI model inference for document analysis and data extraction
• Data Shared: Assessment documents and images for processing
• Storage: Documents are processed but not permanently stored

Mapping Services

• Purpose: Display parcel maps and GIS data
• Data Shared: Location coordinates for map display

5. Subscriptions and Payments

AssessorIQ offers a premium subscription ("AssessorIQ Premium") with the following terms:

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). Apple's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Subscription Terms

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Subscription Data

We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple to enable premium features, but we do not receive your payment details.

6. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

• Local Storage: Assessments and property data are stored locally on your device
• Secure Authentication: Email addresses are stored securely with industry-standard encryption
• No Server-Side Storage: Property documents are not retained on our servers after processing
• HTTPS/TLS: All communication between the app and our servers uses encrypted connections

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

• Email Addresses: Retained as long as you have an active account
• Assessments and Property Data: Stored locally on your device; you can delete them at any time
• Server Processing: Documents are not retained after AI processing is complete

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and email address
• Local Data: You can delete all local assessments and data through the app settings
• Export: You can export your assessment data for your records

9. Children's Privacy

AssessorIQ is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Posting a notice in the App
• Sending you an email notification (if we have your email address)

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
